Denise E. Brandt, EA
Denise E Brandt, EA is the sole shareholder of Main Street.  She started preparing basic income tax returns in 1984.  In 1988 she successfully passed the challenging IRS exam on all levels of taxation and became recognized as an Enrolled Agent, eligible to practice before the Internal Revenue Service.  She attends various tax workshops throughout the year so she can serve her clients with knowledgeable and up-to-date tax law information.  She has always enjoyed the challenges tax law gives to her.  In her younger days she was very active in various tax organizations and served as the first female president of the National Association of Tax Professionals.  When Denise is not sitting at her desk or attending a tax workshop she enjoys being with her family, camping, watching the birds, kayaking, biking and most importantly playing with her four-legged best friend Boomer.

Sarah Fasnacht

Sarah is Main Street’s website project manager, as well as the accounts receivable and billing contact person for Main Street.

She lives with her fiancé, Mark, along with their Chihuahua mix, a beautiful senior cat and 2 bunnies.

When not tending to the fur kids or working, Sarah spends her time baking, reading, crocheting and spending time with family and friends.

Barbara Orth

In addition to day-to-day responsibilities, Barb does bookkeeping. She also calculates payrolls and files the necessary payroll taxes and forms for Main Street clients.

Barb and her husband, Ron, have a tolerant Golden Retriever, Samson and two feisty Cavalier/Golden Retriever mixes Reagan is 1 and is full of energy.  Stella is 4 and is obsessed with squirrels, birds and other critters that roam through our yard. They make us laugh and keep us busy!

She has grand pets and grandkids of all ages and loves getting together with them and all her family to listen to music, play games, reminisce and of course, eat!

Boomer
Boomer is a very friendly and smart Labradoodle born January 15, 2012.  His duties at Main Street are very important.  He greets all of Main Street’s customers with a ball or other toy, and sometimes he has been known to surf across the floor as clients are coming in.  If you have an appointment with Denise, he will escort you to her office.  During any appointment, he will lay right at your feet and keep you nice and calm; if he is allowed, you can play with reflections throughout your appointment.  Boomer attended basic obedience school so he does listen very well.  Boomer is the one team player guaranteed to always give you good news.
